SOUR CREAM HORNS 
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. butter
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. sour cream

Cut butter into flour; add egg yolk and sour cream. Mix well by hand. Divide into 3 parts; roll out one portion at a time (1/8" thick). Cut into 1 1/2" squares or desired width.

FILLING:

2 c. nut meats, ground
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 egg whites (do not beat)
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together; add milk if not thin enough to spread. Spread this mixture on the 1 1/2" squares and roll up the adjacent edges until they touch and pinch together. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. After cool, roll in powdered sugar.
