2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/3 c. cooking oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 c. raw apples, chopped
Allspice or cinnamon to taste

Blend all ingredients together. Pour in greased and floured tube pan or sheet cake pan. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Cook as sheet cake or in tube pan.
