FRESH APPLE CAKE 
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 lg. eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. raw apples, chopped
1 c. nuts

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and add to first mixture. Add chopped apples and nuts. Mix well. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Take fork and punch holes all over cake.

GLAZE TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. canned milk (sm. can)
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil 2 1/2 minutes. Add vanilla and pour over cake. Spoon on top, fill holes. Can top with Cool Whip or ice cream when you serve it.
