ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
1 pkg. crescent rolls
3 to 4 med. zucchini, sliced
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute zucchini and onion in butter until tender; add oregano, garlic salt and basil. Press crescent rolls onto bottom of 9 inch pie plate. Place zucchini mixture in prepared plate. Pour the eggs over the mixture and top with cheese. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
