RICE AND ARTICHOKE SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) chicken flavored rice mix
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
12 black olives, sliced
2 (4 oz.) jars marinated artichoke heats,
Drained save marinade
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped

Cook chicken rice mix omitting butter. Cool, mix onions, green peppers and olives. Drain artichokes and cut in half. Combine marinade and mayonnaise. Add mushrooms. Add all ingredients to rice mixture and chill. Serves 10 to 12.
