RICE WITH COTTAGE CHEESE 
1 c. rice
A little salt
1 c. cottage cheese
3 tbsp. sugar
Butter, size of a walnut
1/4 c. raisins

Boil rice in water until soft, adding a little salt. Rice cottage cheese, and mix well with the sugar, butter, and raisins. Put layer of boiled rice in pudding dish, cover with layer of cheese mixture, and put another layer of rice over this. Bake 3/4 of an hour in a moderate oven. Cover with whipped cream when serving.
