MACARONI BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. bouillon or white wine or water
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 eggs, slightly beaten

Saute the ground beef and onion in 2 tablespoons butter until browned. Combine with the cooked macaroni, catsup, bouillon, 1/2 cup cheese, parsley, pepper, cinnamon and salt. Turn into a greased baking dish.

Heat the remaining 6 tablespoons butter. Add flour and cook until bubbly. Gradually add milk. Add the remaining salt and mustard and cook, stirring until thick. Gradually stir the hot mixture into eggs. Pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let stand about 15 minutes.
