GRANDMA FRAN'S BEEF - MACARONI
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can (16 oz.) diced tomatoes
1 c. grated cheese

Brown the hamburger and onion in a skillet. Drain. Meanwhile, boil macaroni. Add macaroni, soup, tomatoes and cheese to hamburger - onion mixture. Simmer, stirring often until cheese is melted. This is my favorite casserole.
