CHINESE PORK CHOPS 
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. dried ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. bread crumbs
6 loin chops

Mix all but crumbs in pie pan. Coat both sides of chops with sauce, then crumbs. Put in greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, turn carefully. Bake 20 minutes more. 280 calories.
