EASY HERB BISCUITS | |
2 c. biscuit mix 1 tbsp. freeze-dried chives 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes 3/4 c. plain yogurt Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead lightly 4 or 5 times. Roll dough to 1/2" thickness; cut with a 2" biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 1 dozen. |
