BEST BEAN SALAD 
2 cans cut green beans
1 can red kidney beans, drained & washed
1 sm. can English peas
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
4 carrots, cooked tender
1 can white wax beans
1 can whole grain corn
1 med. green peppers
1 jar pimento

Drain all cans. Pour in large bowl to mix easy.

DRESSING FOR BEAN SALAD:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients and stir on low heat until sugar melts. Let cool. Pour over bean mixture and let stand 3 hours. Refrigerate. Keeps for days.
