STIR - FRIED ASPARAGUS | |
1 1/2 lbs. asparagus 2 tbsp. salad oil 1/2 tsp. salt Cut asparagus diagonally into 3 inch pieces. In 10 inch skillet or 5 quart Dutch oven over high heat, in very hot salad oil, cook asparagus, stirring quickly and frequently (stir frying) until well coated. Sprinkle with salt; continue stir frying about 3 minutes more or until tender-crisp. |
