POPPY SEED SALAD DRESSING 
1 1/2 c. oil (vegetable works better than olive oil)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
3-4 tsp. poppy seeds

Combine sugar, vinegar, paprika and dry mustard in blender on low speed. SLOWLY add oil while blending at medium speed. Blend for 2 minutes. Add poppy seeds and blend until mixed through. Store in refrigerator. Excellent on spinach salad and green salads.
