ORANGE AND POPPY SEED SALAD 
1 head lettuce, broken up
3 lg. oranges, sectioned & cut in 1/2 pieces
1 sm. red onion, sliced very thin
1 sm. jar macadamia nuts or 3/4 c. walnuts

Mix together and serve with poppy seed dressing:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. finely grated onion
2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. poppy seed

Mix all ingredients together in blender. Be sure to add oil very gradually. You can also add 2 whole chicken breasts; cook and cut up in bite-size pieces.
