BREAKFAST SOUFFLE 
French bread
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. diced ham

Butter French bread slices to cover bottom of buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Put buttered side down. Cover with 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese and 2 cups diced ham. Top with another layer of bread slices (buttered side up).

Beat 4 eggs, slightly. Add 2 1/2 cups milk and 1/4 teaspoon mustard. Pour slowly over bread slices. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with cream of mushroom soup and sliced mushrooms.
