BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs, beaten
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix broccoli, onion, cottage cheese, melted butter, and eggs. Add cornbread mix. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Add cheese on top.
