BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread mix
5 eggs
1 box chopped broccoli, thaw and drain
1 med. onion
1 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs; add butter, cottage cheese, onion and broccoli. Add cornbread mix one at a time. Mix well. Set aside.

1 c. dry milk
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. boiling water

Combine in blender: dry milk, sugar, butter and boiling water. Process until smooth. Combine with first mixture. Spray a 13 by 9 inch pan with Pam. Cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Two smaller pans may be used.
