1 box butter cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges (with syrup)
4 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson Oil

Mix all cake ingredients together until well blended. Pour into square sheet cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

ICING:

1 lg. crushed pineapple, drained
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

For icing mix dry pudding with pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over the cake when cooled. Refrigerate.
