CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour and sugar together in large bowl and set aside. Bring butter, cocoa and water to rapid boil in small saucepan. Pour over flour and sugar and mix well. Dissolve soda in buttermilk and add to flour mixture. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Mix well and pour into greased 11x16x1-inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

1 box confectioners sugar
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. cocoa

Melt together butter, milk and cocoa and bring to boil. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and add sugar, pecans, and vanilla. Beat well and spread on cake while hot.
