2-3 lb. round steak
1 qt. Catawba pink wine
Salt & pepper
Meat tenderizer

Tenderize round steak, taking a standard dinner fork and thoroughly poking holes in the entire surface of steak on both sides. Let sit for approximately 1 hour. Place steak on low heat, charcoal grill. Spoon Catawba pink wine on steak liberally. Each time a puddle of wine forms on meat poke a hole allowing wine to go into meat. After each time wine evaporates spoon on more wine. Turn often, repeat process on both sides. Cook until desired doneness.
