FRUIT CAKE COOKIES 
1 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter
3 eggs
1 c. cooking sherry
3 c. plain flour
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
6 c. pecans
1 lb. white raisins
1 lb. pineapple, candied
1/2 lb. red cherries, candied
1/2 lb. green cherries, candied
1 1/2 tsp. cloves

Cream together the sugar, butter, eggs, sherry. Add flour, cinnamon, cloves and soda. Chop and mix the pecans, raisins, pineapple, cherries (red and green). Pour batter over a fruit and nuts and mix well. Then spoon out a teaspoon of batter on greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
