MEATLOAF CUPCAKES 
2 c. bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped fine
2 eggs, beaten
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
bacon

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, your hands are best tool for the job (make sure they are clean). Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Instead of loaf pan, use cupcake pan. Pack the meat in the pan and top off each cupcake with a square of bacon.
