MARINATED MUSHROOMS 
2 tbsp. dehydrated onions
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Sweetener to taste
2 tbsp. vinegar to marinade

Combine all ingredients. Double the amount of marinade if you use more mushrooms. Marinate a minimum of 1 hour or preferably overnight. Suggestion: This is superb on salads. Use the marinade as a salad dressing. Calories 51.
