MARINATED BROCCOLI & MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. cleaned, sliced mushrooms
1 head broccoli, cleaned & cut into bite-size pieces
2 finely chopped green onions
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. onion powder
1 c. salad oil

Place liquids and herbs in a jar and shake well to blend. Pour over vegetables 1 hour before serving.
