MARINATED MUSHROOMS AND
VEGETABLES
 
2/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. olive oil or salad oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried oregano

Bring ingredients to boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, uncovered. 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts 8 oz. fresh mushrooms 1 c. pitted black olives 1 c. sliced celery 1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimento
