CHICKEN - ONION SCALLOP 
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
1 sm. jar sliced pimento
3/4 c. diagonally sliced celery
2/3 c. French fried onion rings
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 pkg. chicken gravy mix
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix together the first 7 ingredients. Pour gravy over it. Bake in 9 x 12 inch pan at 350 degrees until bubbly (about 1/2 hour). Sprinkle a few onion rings on top the last few minutes for a gourmet touch.
