MEXICAN RELISH 
2 qts. red tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 c. celery
2 c. onions
6 green peppers
3 red peppers
1/2 c. salt
4 c. sugar
4 c. vinegar
1 pkg. mustard seed

Chop first 5 ingredients. Add salt and let stand overnight. Drain well. Add sugar, vinegar and mustard seed. Do not seal.
