PINA COLADA FRUIT DIP 
2 (8 oz.) plain yogurt
1 pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding
1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. rum extract (optional)
1 c. Cool Whip

Blend yogurt and pudding mix. Add extract(s) and pineapple. Stir in Cool Whip. Delicious for frosting an angel food cake.
