CHINESE RIBS | |
4-5 lbs. ribs 1/4 c. sherry wine 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 tsp. black pepper 2 tsp. MSG (optional) 4 tbsp. honey Cut ribs into pieces. Mix above ingredients and marinate ribs in refrigerator 1 or 2 days. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Remove ribs from marinade and place in pan. Cover with foil. Cook, covered 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Cook, uncovered last 1/2 hour for crispier ribs. |
