CHINESE SPARERIBS 
2 lb. pork spare ribs (whole rack)

MARINADE:

1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. tomato ketchup
2 tbsp. sherry
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 slices ginger, diced

Mix marinade. Marinate ribs from 2-24 hours. Skewer the ribs 2 inches from the end. Hang from oven rack with a pan underneath to catch the drippings.

Bake at 325°F. for 1 1/2 hours. Brush lightly with honey.

Serves 4-6.
