LEMON DESSERT CAKE 
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
4 eggs
1 box lemon supreme cake mix
3/4 c. vegetable oil

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
Rind of 1 lemon, grated
Juice of 2 lemons

Combine cold water, lemon Jello and eggs. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Add cake mix. Beat 1 minute. Add oil. Beat 1 minute. Pour batter into greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.

While cake is baking, mix frosting ingredients. Frosting will be thin. While cake is warm, use table fork to poke holes all over cake. Pour frosting over hot cake. Work frosting down in cake with spatula.
