STUFFED-CABBAGE SOUP 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. stew meat, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 (1 lb.) pkg. coleslaw mix
1 large onion, chopped
2 (14 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
2 (14 oz.) cans beef broth
1 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. rice, uncooked

Heat oil in 6-quart pot. Add beef chunks; brown about 6 minutes. Add coleslaw mix and onion. Cook, covered, for 4 minutes, stirring after about 2 minutes of cooking. Add tomatoes, beef broth, water, brown sugar, lemon juice and salt. Bring to a boil. Add rice; reduce to a simmer. Cover; cook 45 minutes.
