ERIN'S FAVORITE CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
6-8 chicken breasts
Salt
Pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 tsp. poppy seeds

Bake 6-8 chicken breasts (salt and pepper to taste) until tender. Cool and cut in pieces. Layer in bottom of buttered casserole.

Mix 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1/2 pint sour cream. Spread over chicken. Melt stick of butter. Add 1 roll crumbled Ritz crackers. Spread over chicken mixture.
