CHILI - LOWER CALORIE 
2 lbs. ground beef OR 1 lb. ground turkey and 1 lb. ground beef
2 onions, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1 can kidney beans
2 cans whole tomatoes
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
Chili powder to taste
Salt to taste

Brown meat mixture, draining off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour. Really good if prepared one day ahead of serving. Store in refrigerator. Makes 7 cups.
