CHILI SEIZE 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans Hunts chili beans
1 lg. onion, diced
Potatoes, peeled, and sliced thin
1 pkg. taco seasoning (optional)
Grated cheddar cheese (optional)

Peel potatoes and slice thin. Fry potatoes in vegetable oil or bacon grease. Brown hamburger; drain. Stir in chili beans.

Serve meat mixture on fried potatoes and top with diced onion. Salt and pepper to taste.

My kids love this! Never any leftovers!
