CHILI - TOPPED TATERS 
4 med. baking potatoes
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
16 oz. can tomatoes, undrained, cut up
8 oz. can kidney beans, drained
1/4 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Pierce. Bake for 1-1 1/2 hours or until tender. In large skillet brown ground beef with 1/2 cup onion. Drain, stir in chili powder, garlic powder, pepper, tomatoes and kidney beans. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

To serve, cut and break open baked potatoes. Top with meat mixture, yogurt, cheese and green onions. 4 servings.
