BLUEBERRY OATMEAL MUFFINS | |
3 c. biscuit mix 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed) 3/4 c. quick oatmeal 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 eggs, well beaten 1 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. melted butter 2 c. fresh blueberries Beat eggs, add melted butter and milk. Add dry ingredients all at once. Stir only until well blended. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until tops are nicely browned. Makes 18 muffins. |
