NEOPOLITAN SHELLS 
3/4 box lg. pasta stuffing shells
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1 can cream of celery soup
2 med. sized tomatoes, chopped
1 box frozen peas or chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. oregano
Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Cook pasta shells; drain and rinse with cold water. Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together in large bowl. Stuff each shell with approximately 1/4 cup of tuna mixture. Place each shell side by side in a well greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.
