BARBECUED RIBS 
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. salt
2 1/2 lbs. loin back ribs
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Combine chili powder, brown sugar, salt, and paprika. Rub 1/3 of this mixture on ribs. Then mix the remaining mixture with tomato sauce and vinegar. Heat and use to baste ribs. Cook ribs over low heat until tender, basting frequently with sauce. Makes 4 servings.
