TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup (optional)
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. grated cheese
1 pkg. frozen Tater Tots

In skillet, brown meat and onion; drain. In large mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients (except grated cheese). Mix well and add meat mixture to soup/Tot mixture. Put in casserole dish and bake in oven at 375°F for 45 minutes. In the last 5 to 10 minutes, pull out and add cheese to top; put back in oven.
