CAESAR SALAD 
2 oz. can anchovies
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Salad greens (such as Romaine, Watercress, Radicchio)
1 tsp. dijon style mustard
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Mash anchovies into paste in small bowl, using fork. Stir in lemon juice and following ingredients until you get to the olive oil. Whisk the olive oil slowly and stir in Parmesan cheese.

Pour the dressing over the mixed salad greens in a large bowl. Toss thoroughly to coat. Makes 4 servings.
