1 c. butter
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients and chill. Roll, cut and bake at 350 degrees.
