BANANA ICE CREAM 
Scald 1 quart of milk.

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch

Add to scalded milk and cook until pudding consistency.

1 qt. half and half
2 tbsp. vanilla
4 mashed bananas
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Freeze in ice cream freezer.
