BANANA SPLIT ICE CREAM 
4 bananas, mashed
1 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries (run through food processor)
1 (10 oz.) jar cherries, drained and chop in processor
6 oz. pecans, chop in processor
2 c. half and half
1 1/4 c. sugar
6 c. milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Separate eggs. Beat whites until frothy. Add sugar gradually. Add yolks and beat. Add all milk but half and half. Pour egg mixture into a saucepan, stirring constantly. Heat until mixture is warm and sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and half and half. Then add fruit and pecans. Pour into freezer and freeze as any other ice cream. Delicious!
