CAESAR SALAD A LA MITERKO 
1 egg yolk
1 lg. garlic clove, crushed
1 anchovy paste
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 c. onion and garlic croutons

Wash lettuce well and let drain. Mix dressing well and garnish with croutons.
