B.V. BARBECUE 
2 onions, sliced
4-5 lb. pork roast, not loin
5-6 whole cloves
2 c. water

Put half of onions in bottom of crock pot. Add meat and other ingredients with remaining onion on top. Cover and cook overnight or 8-12 hours on low. Remove bones and fat from meat. Put meat back in crock pot. Add 1 small chopped onion and 16 ounce bottle of barbecue sauce. Cover and cook for 1-3 hours on high or 4-8 hours on low, stirring 3-4 times. Serve on hot buns.
