MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 can Mexican corn
1 c. onions
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
Soda (pinch)
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. milk
2 peppers, hot

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
