MEXICAN CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. Martha White self rising corn meal
1 c. creamed corn
3 jalapenos, peppers or slice
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. cooking oil
1/2 bell pepper

Mix all of the ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown.
