BOSTON BROWN BREAD 
3 c. graham or wheat flour
2 c. dark brown sugar
2 c. sour milk (1 tbsp. vinegar mixed with 1 c. milk for 5 minutes)
Dash of salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 box soaked golden raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts

Grease 4 to 5 empty soup or vegetable cans. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Pour into cans half full. Bake 1/2 hour at 250 degrees, then 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes. Shake out. Cool. Wrap in foil to freeze. Good with cream cheese.
