CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 cooked fryer size chicken, deboned
2 pkg. chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
1 stick melted butter

Line bottom of casserole dish with chicken. Put cooked broccoli over it. Combine soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, lemon juice, and pour over broccoli and chicken. Sprinkle top of casserole with stuffing mix. Pour melted butter over stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
